Plugins not finding vault

I never had this issue before but whenever I run my server vault is loading but non of the plugins ever find vault. Also makes lib folder with nothing in it

Are you running Java7u25? There are problems with classloading in java7 and libigot.
Got new version but I still get the same thing

downgrade your java to j7u21 or earlier, or use the java6. I am not having any of the issues you describe using the plugins so there is definitely something different on your server.
@bscal - not a problem, I'm fairly certain at this point that this is a bug in Libigot. There are some issue with how it works on j7u25 right now due to some updates Oracle pushed.
Hey sorry it to me so long to get back to you Sleaker. I have not tried another java 7 but I tried java 6. And factions and dtl trader can now find vault. There is one downside some of the hero skills from skill packs I have gotten don't work. Im going to try different java 7 and ill try and get back to you
Alright just quickly uninstalled java 6 and installed java 7 the hero skills now work along with dtl trader and faction can now find vault. I installed java 7u21 if you are wondering. Thanks for your time and help.
@bscal - some third party skills not working with j6 is something you can fix by requesting the creator recompile for j6. If everything is working on j7u21 though that's great.
