Can you add a permission that will deny certain users from being able to use the economy?

I have been running my server for about 3 years now and I have and always will use vault because so many of my plugins rely on it.

I have always had a problem with my creative ranks abusing the economy though, they will sell items they spawned in.

I want to deny them of economy all together to get rid of this problem.

permissions are built into the economy plugin you use. I suggest finding an economy plugin that has this feature.
