maven repository does not exist

The url http://ci.herocraftonline.com/plugin/repository/everything gives a 404 error when requesting the content.
Declaring Vault as a dependency in pom.xml gives an error.
The repo is currently down for maintenance. if you need it as a dependency you'll need to build it yourself for now.
