Hi! I have been running a bukkit with LanguageAPI.jar to support my language's accented characters and UTF8 .yml files, but since Vault has been installed, server is dropping back the " unacceptable character '?' (0xFFFD) " error. Had to remove all the non english texts again. Please have a thought on this! Thank you!

LanguageAPI has nothing to do with Vault, and Vault has no non-english texts. I'm not sure what you're actually asking for here.

Oh, okay. Then is there a chance of getting an idea on why did all the utf8 yml files been messed up after installing Vault? Just being curious, so I won't make a mistake again. :)

This has nothing to do with Vault. You did something to your server to cause this.
