What are the vault permissions for groupmanger the link is dead?

Also were do I save the plugin.yml if it's generated I can't find it?

I tried vault.admin in group manager and still can not access vault commands

The plugin.yml is in the packaged jar file, you do not make changes to it. There are no specific permissions for group manager, it's just permissions for a player using whatever permission plugin you have. There are only a couple commands for utility functions.
