all of the /rankup etc.. plugins are not working good with the latest vault version, when they rank up it only promotes them in one world, servers are downgrading to 1.6.4 version because of that

As has already been stated, this is your plugin that handles ranks using the wrong Vault methods. Report the issue to whatever plugin you are using that handles the rankup.
