I have tried nearly all rank up plugins (rankup, rankmeup, prisonrankup, master promote, paid ranks, and others) with vault 1.7.2 and it was getting them promoted per world not in all of the worlds, but they worked in vault 1.6.4
Is it a problem in the vault plugin or my setup or those plugins. if it was from these plugins can you suggest me a plugin that works perfectly in 1.7.2 version and if its my setup can you tell me how to fix it, but if it was a problem in vault can you tell me when its going to be fixed?

Report the bug to the ranking up plugins, they are not properly passing in to change permissions/groups globally. This is not a Vault bug as alreday mentioned in your previous issue post.
