Console being spammed with "Can't Keep Up" messages

I updated Vault to 1.2.6 and now I am being spammed with "[WARNING] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?" every second. Also people who connect lag so badly they can't move. Running on a core i7 3.07GHz, 12GB DDR3 RAM, and a 120GB SSD.

are you sure you didn't update any other plugins too? it's highly unlikely that it's caused by Vault.

I updated CraftBukkit and Vault. After this happened I reinstalled vault with 1.2.5 and it stopped spamming. Tried once again with 1.2.6 and spamming started again.

are you running anything other than CB? I'm unable to replicate this issue with the RB + Vault
