Hello, I cannot break any block in creative with the plugin vault, I removed it and it was working to break blocks, it's there any way to keep the plugin and break blocks??

Vault doesn't apply any permissions to users. You have another plugin that is restricting what you're allowed to do when it detects a permission plugin and Vault is installed.
