Wondering really quick what is all required to build this i.e dependencies? I'm trying to build 1.11.3 but the most recent list wouldn't hurt either. Thanks!

All dependencies are detailed in Maven. I don't recall exactly what was available in 1.11.3, but it should be the same as what's present in latest. See the pom.xml
