I instaled all the possible versions of the vein miner and used the comands provided in the plugin description but it wont break the ores :/

I'm going to need a lot more information than that. Steps at reproduction, your permission plugin (and its configuration), server version (The result of the /version command), VeinMiner version, etc.. I can't do anything based on just "it doesn't work". That tells me nothing.
