Metrics: Block changes per minute

As GavJenks suggested:

[...] I would want to know blocks changed per minute, not snipes.
I.e., accounting for the size of the snipes as well.

Could be implemented by reading the size of the undo that is being stored. Otherwise it would just create massive overhead.
