ChunkLoadEvent error on startup

Describe the bug
Everytime I start the server, this plugin is throwing ChunkLoadEvent errors.
To Reproduce
Start the server using 4.16.7.0 or 4.16.6.1
Expected behavior
For this error not to be shown.
