Describe the bug
when attempting to load or generate a world it stops at 100% in the chunk loading screen and doesnt move or load

To Reproduce

1. install all of these mods, no idea which one iis the culprit yet
2. run

Expected behavior
stops at provided screen and doesnt do anything else

I doubt this is a WorldEdit issue, we don't touch world loading. Come back if you can replicate with a smaller amount of mods.

The mod that breaks it is Multi connect
