Describe the bug

There is a category in the configuration that blocks the WorldEdit commands(line 540). cmdWe works without problems, but cmdWeP and cmdWeS do not work correctly. The bottom line is that they don't care if the command is played in a protected region or not, entering the command will work, but if the command is spelled incorrectly, the inscription "worldedit cannot be used here" will be shown.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open config
2. Find line 561(or 564) and add any command
3. If the command is spelled incorrectly, it will display a message about "worldedit cannot be used here"

Expected behaviour

Worldedit teams work everywhere except in protected regions
