Describe the bug

When Im adding regions to config (screenshot 1) and reload the config, its original appearance goes back (screenshot 2)

To Reproduce

1. Go to config
2. Add regions to protect
3. Reload config
4. The first kind of config is returned

Expected behaviour

Protection against deleting and breaking regions
