Describe the issue
Fairly straight forward, with these two files in it crashes:
wthit-neo-14.1.2.jar
badpackets-neo-0.8.2.jar
and without them, it doesn't.
Error message:
The game crashed: initializing game
Error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot get config value before config is loaded.

Try WTHIT 14.1.3, as I fixed the crash caused by breaking changes from NeoForge.
Your crash log doesn't mention WTHIT at all, I suspect it silenced the actual issue.
