What are you trying to do ?

You can't teleport your horse with /zh here on a worldguard region even if it's yours.

What is the expected behavior ?

The horse teleports into it.

What is the actual behavior ?

The horse don't teleport and the plugin think it's does, because it's sends the message that the horse has been teleported.

How to reproduce the bug ?

1. Claim a horse
2. Go into a worldguard region
3. Do /zh here
