When i make the area by right clicking the bottom and then the top of the door the area is made but the door breaks!!! I really need help with this so if you could help me that would be great!!!

You mean when you open the area? I tried this and the only time the door breaks is when I am in game and I click the area sign, which should open the area.

well I turned blinkers off and then I tried to place the door and mark the area! It worked until I joined and bought the door! When I quit the blinkers came back on and destroyed the door and i could not place a door there anymore!

This should now be fixed. Blinkers should not even work without the config value set to true.
