the creaking head only has a 10% chance to drop when you break a naturally spawning creaking heart, which is not a good idea.

Reasons why this should be added

given the fact that i've been to 5 pale gardens, and only found creaking hearts in 2, i classify them as a rare mob, and they can't breed, making them much less common. please consider making it about a 42.5 percent chance.

You can also get it with a non-natural creaking heart, it just takes longer.
And you can craft the creaking heart.
