Describe the feature

I have a modpack hosted on modrinth, and the only other mob head mod doesn't meet what this pack offers, I want to include the datapack in my modpack but don't want to dissrespect your licence or the fact that you host on curseforge. Was just wondering if there was a way I could use you datapack in my modpack respectfully.

Reasons why this should be added

Hi!
Thank you for your interest in my datapack.
So I created a Modrinth account and uploaded the datapack there.
At the time of writing, it's under review, but here's the link :)

https://modrinth.com/datapack/amh <= Not working atm because of the review not done.

Sweet stuff! Will you be packaging the datapack as a mod? (modrinth has an automated button for this) Or will you allow using your datapck through something like paxi, since I don't think that will contribute to your download count.

I don't know what is Paxi at all, but the number of downloads doesn't matter to me, to be honest.
So if it works for you, go for it!
And likewise I don't know this button to transform a datapack into a mod lol so I don't know

Example of my datapack, under the versions tab, tap your datapack, and the button is right there, it lets your datapack apply globaly to instances of Minecraft, also paxi is just a mod that lets you apply global datapacks to all worlds, resource packs too. I know DemonJoeTV uses your datapack, but can't include it in his modpack since its a datapack and not a mod, so your downloads are likely to skyrocket if you package it as a mod.

Oh yeah, I see.
Right now, my datapack is still under review, so I don't seem to have the button to turn it into a mod, but I'll do it if I find it once the review is approved :)

It was the same for me! Keep up the awesome work with this datapack it's the best of it's kind.

Oh, also something to keep in mind is sometimes certain features break when packaging as a mod since it is automated, I've had this issue with my datapacks, if you downoad the .jar, rename it to .zip and open it up you can see what it is running as a mod for troubleshooting, thanks a ton!

I am sorry to bother you with this, since I was the one to offer it, but when using the mod version, the entire datapack does not work, everything. I think it has to do with all the different version folders. I'm not sure how to solve the issue, but if it is a hassle. I think just deleting the mod version is just the best option. My apologies.

@AdventureBow you can use https://modrinth.com/mod/datapack-injector/versions for your modpacks
Its just one level better than paxi and paxi havent updated for so long
