Issue Description: When clicking on the bottom glass (black stained glass) of the armor stand, once it disappears into a block, it can no longer be clicked on, therefore, making it impossible to maneuver the armor stand to do things like sit it onto a stair, etc.

What happens: Once the black stained glass goes into a block, it cannot be clicked on any farther, making the y axis (negative) impossible to use.

What you expected to happen: when using it in a past season of the smp I play on, the black stained glass, which moves the whole armor stand, was accessible through blocks so that it was possible to click on it and lower it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place armor stand on stair
2. Take out warped fungus on a stick and wait for the little stained glass blocks to appear on the armor stand
3. Place the legs at a 90 degree angle
4. Click on the black stained glass on the armor stand to lower it on the y axis
5. Once it goes into the stairs, it can no longer be lowered any further
   ...
