disks not working

im playing on my server in 1.16.5 and when i insert the disk the minecraft music starts playing
Mind me asking what version of the app you're using (did you get the latest version/did you download source code)?
What server version are you running? Do you have both the datapack and the resourcepack installed properly etc.?
