Describe the bug
When you rename the crafting table it give the crafting table to a random user of the server (Normally the first in the tab list.) and sometimes it replace items that the player have in they hotbar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a server paper 1.16.5
2. Install the datapack with it api.
3. Rename a crafting table.
4. See the error, normally if when you rename it but i can occur too when you place it.

Expected behavior
Just give the crafting table to the player that really crafting the table.

Additional context
In the server i have other texture pack that add a lot of advancedments (https://www.planetminecraft.com/data-pack/blazeandcave-s-advancements-pack-1-12/).
