So I cant figure out how to have both texture pack on at the same time without them overriding each other.
Tried looking up the issue to see if it could be fixed rather easily but cant find anything on it.
trying to run it on a 1.19 minecraft java server.

Textures packs override each other- unfortunately that's just the way Minecraft is designed. There are 2 solutions:

1. Use Mitocondria to merge them: https://mito.thenuclearnexus.live/
2. Download the WIP Smithed Launcher which automates merging resource and data packs: https://smithed.dev/
