This datapack prevents generation of ruined portals in the overworld. They will still generate in the nether but you can easily change that by editing a file in the pack.
It can be installed like any normal datapack, or you could use mods like Open Loader or KubeJS to load it like a normal mod by extracting the "minecraft" folder into the "data" folders from either one of those mods.
This should work on any version of Minecraft after 1.19, but you'll need to change the pack format number in the "pack.mcmeta" file to match whatever is correct for your version.
