Leaving this here as info for myself and others about the progress made in integrating the Seed Conversion Tool into the data pack with actual commands, so that users don't need the external system to make the Slime Chunk Check function.

I should also study Java/JavaScript so that I can interpret the .js file housing the conversion function. Once I'm through with that I can study how to parse it all into the game.
