I recently have created a minecraft server and installed jake's build tools datapack and wildstacker plugin and I notice that when the wildstacker plugin is stacking items, the hammer isn't working. There's something I can change so I can use both functions?

Passing to say that I'm actually not using wildstacker anymore. Now I'm using itemdisplayplugin by nongbrao.

The hammer effectively detects the block the player has broken by finding the item dropped by the block, since these plugins are likely moving the item the moment it drops, the datapack can't find the item and the code fails. It's most likely that the hammer is entirely incompatible with these types of plugins

Sadly there is no real solution to this problem, it's breaking a fundamental aspect of how the hammer works
