Is there a resource pack or something to do to make the icons work accordingly? I mean it works but most of the icons just show fishing rods

The zip file you download functions as datapack AND resource pack, but must be installed in the relevant areas to work!

In your case, place the zip file in your resource packs folder, and make sure it's loaded!
