Tools that require clicking wont work

Just like the title suggest. Some tools that are supposed to be used by clicking just not work. The chisel, the hammer, the trowel wont work. Other passive tools like the magnet do work, but thats about it.
I saw another post having the same issue on the same version, but the instructions on how they solved the issue were very unclear. This are the mods that I have, could there be any compatibility errors?

Interesting that the magnet works while the others don't, means the tick function is working but it's not detecting the right click for some reason
I can take a look through this list and see if there's any glaring issues. In the meantime, could you send over a console log of you starting the game, joining the world and trying to use an item? If this is seen on multiplayer, I'll need a console log from the server.
Also just to note, the hammer doesn't have a right click function, you might be mean the wrench?
Ill get onto the log! This is all on a singleplayer server, if thats of any use. And about the right click thing, originally I made this post after testing some of the items in survival, so I didn't have the hammer on me at the time. After loading into another creative world, I can confirm it was not just right clicking that was the issue.
Heres the log and what I did:
Loaded minecraft like normal and entered my survival world (Forevermore). Currently I'm in the end. Picked up both the trowel and chisel from a shulker that was on an enderchest and tested them both. First the trowel, having wood planks and endstone in hotbar, and then the chisel with the wood planks right to them in the hotbar. None of these tests worked. Then I logged out and closed the game.
Also, some things to note from the logs that I saw myself. There are some references to a mod named endscapes that I used to have but uninstalled. Mostly missing items and that sort of thing, as well as a huge wall of text from a mod itemlore, that's supposed to record the time an item was created/ named. I don't suppose that would affect the mod, so just thought I warned you beforehand if you wanted to skip it lol.

This is breaking the load function that all datapacks use, you will be having issues with all your datapacks realistically, but I would advise removing or updating "new-lodestone-recipe-1.0-1.21.jar"
