Describe the bug

Expected behavior
cant find tools ingame, boot log file ist okey
serverboot says server says: File downloadet today.

i can craft and get Trowel from command or crafting table but not from creative mode or EMI

This is a datapack, that is packaged as a mod as well for ease of installation. It's impossible for datapacks to add custom items to the creative inventory right now. So until Mojang does something about that, I'm unable to do anything
It's possible that JEI/REI/etc... could support custom recipes for custom items, by checking data and splitting them out, but none of them do because it's very much an edge-case that might interfere with other mods
If you want to give the tools to yourself, use the commands found on this page
Do you have a plan to make this like a proper mod? Personally, I think the provided solution is terribly inconvenient. There gotta be a better way to do this.
