Most Recent Resource Pack Says It's For An Older Version

When launched in solo game, datapack says it is for older version of minecraft even tho we downloaded the version for 1.21.1.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to launcher and load NeoForge 1.21.1
- Load in and check datapacks
- The list says the pack is out of date
Figured it would work but it won't load into our world
