What specifically is not working?

It was other mod's issue, but it does not show in JEI or in command /give @Lorp_OOO "mod item"

This mod is a datapack that has been packaged as a mod for installation convenience. As a result, they won't show up in the creative menu or JEI. The recipes will work though, and are present in your in-game recipe book

You're on the 1.21.1 version, so take a look at second list of the commands at the bottom of the page
