FD Incompatibility [1.18.2]

Hi, in my 1.18.2 pack I can no longer obtain Fried Eggs (from FD) after installing Environmental and Abnormals Delight. I also have KubeJS installed, and after checking the warnings I ran into some interesting stuff:

So, there's clearly some conflict between AD scrambled eggs and FD fried eggs. KubeJS could also be playing a part here.
[EDIT] Scrambled eggs don't show up in JEI at all, fried eggs show up but are uncraftable.
