Description:

Simply put, add a "removeAll" method for the various machines in the CraftTweaker integration, which wipes all added recipes.
Also include a version of this for rituals as well. Could have one for each ritual type (that you can add CraftTweaker recipes for), then a global that wipes every single ritual.
