Dimension config for building ritual altars (at least for the overworld ritual altar)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Is there any chance for a config option to allow players to set up the overworld ritual setup in other dimensions? It's rather annoying that it's strictly the overworld(dimension ID o) is the only one that allows them, it feels so severely limiting for modpack creation.
Describe the solution you'd like
A config option for IDs of which will be treated the same as the overworld, allowing for basic overworld altars to be made on any dimensions whos IDs are specified on the list and used for overworld/anywhere rituals.
Describe alternatives you've considered
For my own modpack? Possibly using randomportals to allow players to go to the abyssal wasteland just for custom crafttweaker rituals I guess, but I dislike that approach to this issue.
Additional context
I know I'm screaming into the void here, but sometimes I gotta vent.
Depending on which branch of the mod you're using, there's CraftTweaker support for this (did a slight restructure of the wiki section). Only exception being that I haven't updated AbyssalCraft Integration to support the 2.0.0 branch of the mod (lots of rewrites of things all over the place, including the API).
But it wouldn't be bad to also have this natively in the config file. Can't come up with an edge-case (well, apart from AbyssalCraft Integration currently not supporting AbyssalCraft 2.0.0), but in the event someone doesn't want to install two additional mods (blankly assuming neither CraftTweaker nor AbyssalCraft Integration are installed) in order to enable rituals in dimensions from other mods.
Oh! I wish I had known about that crafttweaker support sooner!
I do agree though having it as a native feature wouldn't be a bad idea either.
I've had this idea for a modpack where at the start of it you can pick one of ten different planets to start on(planets from advanced rocketry) and wanted abyssalcraft's rituals to be part of one of the act's progression, thank you!
