[1.9] Anti-Players everywhere

It seems that the performEffect code in Potions keeps running on the player post-mortem, leading to the Antimatter Potion Effect spawning infinite Anti-Players as long as you remain in the death screen after said Potion Effect has killed you. This might be something that should be reported to Forge, but for now on I'll stick to using a temp method for preventing additional Anti-Players from spawning.
