[1.0pr3_1]有关巡航光束炮的两个BUG

1.在开启后若击杀了一个生物，便会停止技能，不再继续。
2.当CP不足以释放巡航光束炮的第一次攻击时，会在玩家周围创造一个不消失的光球（重新进入存档后消失）
For 1,
I found that if I long-press mouseleft, cooldown won't be triggered. It will surely not continue after killed one entity. So there's one more problem.
For 2,
confirmed.
- Can't reproduce. I can kill a lot in both creative and survival >_
- Fixed. The abort and cleanup order is corrupted. (Well we are gonna change that to Context anyway...)
