Reduce draw calls

There are too many (redundant) draw calls in:
[ ] GUIs
[ ] TileEntity models
[ ] 'Dynamic' blocks
There are too many draw calls either because texture isn't stitched together, or it's hard to reduce it by the nature of MC rendering structure (Every entity/tileentity has its drawcall). Nevertheless, it's considered bad practice and we should do better on batching.
