[Bug] Energy Bridge missing [1.1.0]

Describe the bug
創造模式和JEI都看不到四種能源橋方塊
Expected behavior
參照wiki和各語言檔, 應該有個兩種能源橋分別對應RF和EU的輸入與輸出, 可以使用能源橋轉換IF至RF或EU
沒有安裝IC2的情況下應該至少還有RF的能源橋可用
