[Idea] Current Charging with other mods

Describe the solution you'd like
So apparantly i have noticed that elecrtomaster's current charging does not work for a lot of blocks, would be nice to have compability with blocks from such as ender IO, immersive engineering, techguns and more, i am not sure how modding is but i hope it wouldn't be too much to ask... Not sure if this is bug or just works with AC blocks and thermal expansion blocks only, so far what i have tested.

It maybe an idea to increase the amount of energy per tick generated from electromaster's charging skill as well. Maybe increase the output per ESP level?
(from about (I am guessing this) 40~60 FE/t to 60, 240 320 and at level 5 500 FE/t)
it seems, with FE usage of modern mods that otherwise, a simple set of two coal generators maybe a better idea than trying to charge a machine with than using ESP.)

For example, there are items like the Flux-Infused JetPlate from Simply Jetpacks 2, which needs over 15 million RF ( RF (RedstoneFlux) == Forge Energy ). It's usage make it drain extremely fast. I was thinking that, a Level 5, should be able to charge it on its own, very quickly or keep it from draining so fast while flying with it.

Is it possible to make the energy charge amount configurable?
