Need more information:

Could you show publish your debug.log file somewhere? (it's in the logs folder)
If you can't find it, could you at the very least post the following information:
(note: all of this is in the debug.log file, so you don't need to type it out if you have the file)

  • Minecraft version
  • Forge version
  • List of mods and their version number
  • Where you obtained these mods (I hope they came from CurseForge)
  • Java version that you're using
  • Your OS version
  • Your Graphics Processor Unit (and the driver version)
  • Under what circumstances does this happen? (What world (singleplayer/server), gamemode, etc. ?)
  • Whether or not you use OptiFine and which version.

I'll apologise for the late reply as well. After several days passed I stopped looking for replies as you may have noticed.

I tested the situation out myself using:

and the mods:

I cannot reproduce the issue. (I am using AMD graphics, It's possible your Intel HD Graphics may somehow be related to this though)
Misaka cloud is readable.

Try to not use 9minecraft. It's a bad site. I have no clue if the mods there are in tact,
I posted links pointing to the location where to get a correct version of the said mod.
If replacing the mods with the ones from the correct location doesn't solve the issue,

Could you try the following. Launch minecraft, create a world, open and close Misaka Cloud terminal a couple of times and then exit the game. You'll find a file called FML-Client-Latest.txt in the logs folder. Could you upload this file somewhere? It can maybe provide more information.
(You could put it on github gist, pastebin or codepad )

PS: I normally let you view what you're going to download, but in this case with Jinryuu's mods, there are just too many redirection links and ads on his homepage. I decided to let you avoid most of those with the links I gave. Jinryuu may complain, but he has a Patreon as well and offers this option with very small letters anyway. If you wish to help him get ad revenue or support the use of ads or redirection links with waits, you may want to take the default route through his homepage.
(and yes, unfortunately it is the official download location)

Also, the download links on the minecraftforums take to Mediafire. Mediafire attempts to make the user save the files as .zip. They need to be .jar files, so keep that in mind.
