Describe the bug
Im unable to run and jump at the same time when using groundshock, im not sure if this is a feature but I only remember it occurring after I unlocked storm wing. there was also a brief period of this applying to vector acceleration, I was unable to jump whall using the ability, however this seemingly resolved itself, I am not sure as to why, other then it was fixed after I rebinded some of my keys.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. use class vector manip
2. use groundshock beforehand
3. unlock storm wing and use it
4. attempt to run and jump whall using groundshock

Expected behavior
you'll be unable to both jump and run whall having the ability charged

Iv come to new knowledge that it is infact the slot in which I put the ability, I had the slot that was not working linked to the "x" button. im unsure as to why this glitch transpired
