Describe the bug
i am unable to get research notes for the misaka cloud. when i craft lets say a phase generator and place it down. i do not unlock the research for it in the misaka cloud

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior: craft a phase generator. place it down, wimp at the fact that you still have not unlocked the research for it in the misaka cloud and have to resort to the wiki.

Expected behavior
to have the research available for anything in the misaka cloud

this does not only apply to the phase generator but all research notes

unless you absolutely need it i cant give that. as im running on a server and that would require me to start a private world. if you do need it let me know.
