ive removed all the recipes i didnt want in craftweaker and the default recipes are still there and i cant figure out how to delete them why are they staying alive!

The recipes of this mod are defined in resources/assets/academy/recipes/default.recipe, and implemented by lambdalib in a strange way. Maybe you should try to edit that file?
