I think this is pretty explanatory.

I have plans coming up to make the Compat layers a unified mod that mixins into the respective API mods that will apply to any form of trinkets or curios API that attempts to not deviate like Trinkets Canary.

Trinkets (Polymer Port) is a whole different mod where it would require a great deal of support outside of the compat layer and frankly, not something I am willing to do at this moment.

Functionally, Trinkets (Polymer Port) is just Trinkets minus all it's client components and without new apis. So if mod works with polymer port, it should also be compatible with regular Trinkets

Doubtful that I will be targeting the Polymer Port any time soon as Accessories can not even work just ServerSide and I do not plan for such.
