When died, items in slots not working after reborn. It will fixed by restart the game, until next death. Include but not limited to the following mods:

  • Charm of Undying: player will die directly without activating totem
  • Tom's Simple Storage Mod: Advanced Wireless Terminal won't open by press hotkey

Fix has been pushed that should resolve this issue.

Sorry for the late reply but I can confirm such is occurring though I don't get why this is occurring only with YIGD ngl.

@FlameFire26 It seems such can be fixed by disabling experimental caching... I believe this feature needs some refinement before I add this back so within the next update I will be disable such. It can be disabled within the config for accessories
