[1.20.1 - Forge] Draconic Evolution's Chestpiece wont function in accessories slots

Basically the draconic chestplate goes in cape, however its modules dont function or keeps resetting the data/shield

Can confirm this issue though sadly similar to #82 it may be down to some issue with Forges capability system that I have no clue is breaking. It most likely won't exists as a issue with 1.21.1 because of the way stack data is stored.
Support for 1.20.1 is being dropped and I recommend investigating if the issue exists with this mod on 1.21.1 if possible with either reopening this issue or creating a new one.
