Using a costum modpack with friends, and when we die with an accesories this will make the accesories to drop on the floor instead saving on the grave

Ah yes so such but was fixed within 1.21.1 of accessories but doubtful it was backported. Recommend just using YIGD and removing Revive as its not going to work and support for 1.20.1 will be dropped coming up.

Can not reproduce the issue with the given mod set... works fine without issues within single player world

@BryanTheN3rd You're in Grave Danger 2.0.6 has support for accessories, can you make sure you are on the lastest version possible?

Actually using 2.0.11 version, still with the bug
