[1.21.1 - Neoforge] Curios Compat Layer is out of date of Curios

Current 1.21.1 Curios API version is 9.2.2, Accessories CC Layer mimicks version 9.0.12 to other mods, thus breaking mods which depend on version 9.2.2
Its a known issue that has yet to be resolved as the CCLayer needs to retarget curios for the API implementation which has yet to happen as its being worked on slowly.
